  • 01. What happens if I suffer an injury?

If you suffer a short or long term injury either during a Battle Camp session or outside of Battle Camp training you can be credited a number of sessions remaining provided you inform Head Office as soon as possible. If you are on a Direct Debit plan your plan may be ‘frozen’ until you are recovered and are able to continue with Battle Camp sessions.

    02. How do I qualify for the Starter Pack ?

The Starter Pack is only to be purchased in your first cycle of Battle Camp. It is intended to be used after your FREE Trial Week, so try make the first week of the cycle your FTW for best value for money. To register and pay for your Starter Pack after your FTW, head to the Battle Camp website pricing page and select purchase.

    03. Can I mix my Battle Camp sessions up, for example 1 morning and 2 afternoons?

Yes you can, although we would recommend that you try your best to attend your preferred time in your location but we also understand that some people can’t and we need to be flexible. This is the reason why we have different training days for mornings and afternoons. You will need to indicate your training times on your registration. There is no extra charge for this service.

    04. Can I attend different locations?

Yes you can, although it’s not preferred and you may not have the same instructor by attending a Battle Camp session in a different location. You will need to indicate your training locations and days on your registration. There is no extra charge for this service.

    05. Can I make a Battle Camp session up if I miss one?

Yes you can and we encourage you to do so, just head to your make up session location and time and let the Instructor there know you are there for a make up session. Important note: You will only be able to do this during your current Battle Camp , make up sessions are not transferrable from one Battle Camp to the next.

    06. How many members are in each Battle Camp class?

At Battle Camp Fitness we have a ratio of one instructor to 20 Battle Camp members.

    07. Does the session still run if it is on a public holiday?

Battle Camp Fitness sessions are not programmed on Public Holidays, if your training day falls on a public holiday (Mondays only) it will be moved to an alternative day in the week, or on the Monday of the week off. Check the online program for further details. If it is Tues – Fri, you are welcome to attend a make up session any other time during that cycle.

    08. Is there an inclement weather plan?

By Law Battle Camp Fitness is required to cancel sessions in unsafe weather conditions. These conditions include Heavy Rain, Showers, Hail, Sleet, Snow and Lightning / Thunderstorms. You will receive a text message at least 20 mins before the start time of any cancelled session. Please ensure the primary Instructor in your correct Mob number on the attendance sheet. You may attend make-up sessions for cancelled sessions in any current programmed Battle Camp Session at any scheduled time & location within the 5-week block. Make up sessions for Inclement Weather will not be added on the the Program and make up sessions do not transfer from one 5-week block to the next.
