I first came across Battle Camp in 2009 after I heard an advertisement for them on the radio. At the time I was severely overweight and my health was struggling as a result. I decided to give it a go and started in the beginner’s course doing two days a week and I was amazed at how much I was actually enjoying exercise and how motivated I was to keep going. I really appreciated the friendships and support I received from fellow Battle Campers and Dan and James were wonderful! They were constantly coming up with sessions that both excited and challenged me, all whilst ensuring technique was corPhilip Gold City Boot Camp Business Development Executive
When I first started battle camp I was 153kg and the most unfit I have ever been in my life. My Brother in-law (aka Dangerous) convinced me to join him one week for a battle camp session... from that day on, I’ve been completely hooked! Now 8 months later, I’m 20kgs lighter, fitter, faster and stronger than I have been, I’m still challenged every session and look forward to next one. Battle camp isn’t something I have to make myself go to, it’s a highlight of the day, the instructors are helpful and encouraging, as well as the great group of people that attend the sessions, making it fun anJodie Woden
I received a flyer in the post about a Battlecamp session starting by the lake. It was October and beach season was approaching so I decided to give the beginners battlecamp a try until Christmas. After two months of beginners I progressed to the standard battlecamp. That was two years ago now and I’ve only missed one month. I don’t know how they do it but after two years they still keep coming up with different session! The outdoor location, variety activities, constant challenge and support from Dan, James and instructors has kept me interested and consistently attending for 2 yMichael Bailey Tuggeranong Boot Camp Public Servent
I had always been an over weight person. Even during my younger years playing competitive sport I always carried excess weight. I would train 2-3 nights a week with a game on the weekends. No matter what I did I couldn’t loose excess kilos. Then I started with Battle Camp. No other training has ever provided me with the same results and sense of achievement as Battle camp. With the support and encouragement of trainers, I have been able to lose over 50 kilos and still going. The training is focused and whilst challenging is catered to all fitness types. When starting I was by far the un-fitRomina
I had always wanted to try boot camp. Now I feel like I have won the lottery! I can still remember the day I filled in the form to win 6 months free battlecamp. I was waiting in the reception area at Laserderm for my appointment. I saw the forms and thought – WOW wouldn’t that be great! To be eligible to win it though I had to do a trial session. So I went along one morning in February with my best friend and sister. The session tested every bit of my body which was exactly what I was after. It was great to have the opportunity to try it. A couple of weeks after the trial I got the call
