I had always been an over weight person. Even during my younger years playing competitive sport I always carried excess weight. I would train 2-3 nights a week with a game on the weekends. No matter what I did I couldn’t loose excess kilos.

Then I started with Battle Camp. No other training has ever provided me with the same results and sense of achievement as Battle camp. With the support and encouragement of trainers, I have been able to lose over 50 kilos and still going. The training is focused and whilst challenging is catered to all fitness types. When starting I was by far the un-fittest in the group, but somehow the trainers were able to take the focus off my lack of fitness and focused on the positives which was the encouragement I needed to keep going. The training is structured and continually varied with a great deal of importance placed on correct technique.

The change in my life style has been dramatic to say the least. I am now able to participate in activities I would never have dreamed of 12 months ago. Cross country mountain biking, surfing, tennis, basketball just to name a few.

I suppose my only regret would be not starting with Battle Camp sooner, as it has changed my life forever.
