When I first started battle camp I was 153kg and the most unfit I have ever been in my life. My Brother in-law (aka Dangerous) convinced me to join him one week for a battle camp session… from that day on, I’ve been completely hooked!

Now 8 months later, I’m 20kgs lighter, fitter, faster and stronger than I have been, I’m still challenged every session and look forward to next one. Battle camp isn’t something I have to make myself go to, it’s a highlight of the day, the instructors are helpful and encouraging, as well as the great group of people that attend the sessions, making it fun and drive you to push yourself further.

Battle camp has not only helped me lose weight and get fitter, I now live a healthier lifestyle, with more energy and drive for life.
